Dr. Katie Dean
Originally from southwest Missouri, I completed my undergraduate degree at
Missouri Southern State University while competing for the women’s track and
field team as a thrower. I obtained my Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from
Colorado State University. My career interests include dermatology, internal
medicine, cardiology, and preventative medicine. In my free time, I enjoy hiking,
traveling, reading, and collecting vinyl records.
Dr. Briana Webb
Dr. Briana Webb grew up in Naperville, Illinois, and has always been passionate about caring for animals. She completed her undergraduate studies at Lindenwood University, where she played volleyball and earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Biochemistry. In 2025, she graduated with honors from Tuskegee University College of Veterinary Medicine. Her medical interests include ultrasound, preventive medicine, and critical care. Dr. Webb loves the variety that veterinary medicine offers and embraces every opportunity to grow and learn as the field continues to evolve. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Webb enjoys playing volleyball, exploring local farmers’ markets, and spending time with her family. Dr. Webb is thrilled to join Crown Veterinary Services and looks forward to building lasting relationships with clients and their pets.
Dr. Cindy Church
Dr. Church grew up in Lee’s Summit and graduated from Lee’s Summit High School. She went on to attend and graduate from the University of Missouri with a bachelor’s degree in Human Environmental Science and received her veterinary undergraduate education from Rockhurst University. She completed her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree, graduating in 2002 from the University of Missouri. She began working for a small animal and exotic
practice in south Kansas City after graduation. She took a veterinarian position at Green Summit Animal Clinic, located in Lee’s Summit, in January of 2005, becoming the practice owner one year later, owning and operating the clinic for 15 years. She is now very excited to join Crown Veterinary Services to continue to practice the profession she so deeply loves. The relationships she has built over her time as a veterinarian in Lee’s Summit has only deepened her dedication and commitment to continue the care and welfare of patients and the community.
Dr. Church resides in Lee’s Summit with her husband and two daughters, two cats, and her really nice chihuahua. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends at the lake, watching her youngest daughter compete at swim meets, trail walking, and boating.

Dr. Lexi Salva-Noll
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking new recipes, playing sports, walking the dogs, spending time with her family and friends, and playing her ukulele. Her interests include small animal and exotic pet medicine and surgery. Dr. Salva-Noll is ready to care for animals in need and to meet the dogs, cats, and exotic pets in your family!
